At Luli Fama Miami, we want you to feel confident in your swimwear; therefore, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective hygiene stickers are still firmly attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
